Samir Shah

CEO

Samir Shah is CEO of Cyberinc and a recognized industry veteran having led technology businesses for over 20 years. Samir started Aurionpro’s Cybersecurity business in 2008 that excelled at advisory and implementation of IAM technologies for Fortune 500 organizations. Through the last decade, he scaled and grew the business rapidly, thus making it the largest independent IAM technology provider in the world. In January 2018, Samir led a successful exit for the IAM business, with KPMG acquiring it to strengthen their transformation practice. Currently, Samir is focused on scaling Cyberinc’s innovative Isolation technology to help secure digital businesses worldwide and accelerating its business growth.

Samir is passionate about incubating innovations in technology and building them into successful businesses. He has previously served on the boards of PaySimple and PriorityCommerce. Samir holds an engineering degree in computer science and an MBA in finance and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Romi Randhawa

Chief Strategy Officer

Romi serves as Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for all strategic sales and revenue growth initiatives at Cyberinc. He has more than 25 years of high technology management experience and has developed valuable relationships with HP and other OEM’s across a career spent forging strategic partnerships. In his current role, Romi is responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy, including launching products and solutions with various strategic Channel partners, as well as, managing OEM relationships worldwide.

Prior to working at Cyberinc, Romi established HPM Inc., in 1994. The goal was to provide services for mid-market customers in the Commercial and Enterprise space. As the company grew, it incorporated hardware enterprise solutions from various OEM’s. While HPM held a strong footprint in the Bay Area, it also provided service to clients across the United States. Romi served as president of the HP SMB council from 2010 to 2012, providing key information for joint go-to-market strategy in the emerging space. In February of 2014, HPM Networks became a wholly owned subsidiary of CANCOM.

After the successful merger with CANCOM, Romi stayed on as CEO of the newly formed company, focusing on Integral System Integration, while leading the company’s strategy as a key cloud transformation partner for its customers. In September of 2016, Romi left CANCOM to pursue other interests. Prior to establishing HPM, Romi spent four years as a sales executive with MicroAge Computers. He also served four years in the U.S. Marines as a data analyst.

Eric Sullivan

VP – Engineering

Eric Sullivan comes with 20 years of engineering leadership experience and a deep background in networking and information security. He has built and scaled engineering teams from early start-ups through established multinationals, leading the adoption of agile methodologies and geo-diverse team management.

In his previous role as the VP of Engineering for Artemis Internet, he assembled the team that designed and shipped a next-generation continuous vulnerability assessment system. As the Senior Engineering Director at Nokia, he built a line of firewall and intrusion prevention appliances that grew to over $200 million in annual sales. His prior experience includes Ipsilon Networks, Network Equipment Technologies, Adaptive Corporation, First Pacific Networks and Digital Communications Associates. Sullivan holds an EECS (Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences) degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Branden Spikes

Technology Evangelist

Branden Spikes, technology expert had founded Spikes Security (now merged with Aurionpro’s Security division to form Cyberinc) in 2012, with a mission to stop rampant cybercrime and solve the most pressing engineering challenge of our time – information security. Prior to starting the company, Branden spent 20 years designing and building high performance, highly secure IT systems.

He has served as the technology right hand of Elon Musk for over 15 years at Zip2, PayPal, Tesla, and SpaceX, where he helped pioneer, architect, and build some extraordinary technology. Having been mentored by one of the world’s top entrepreneurs, Branden brings experience, perspective, and a unique skill set to his role as Technology Evangelist at Cyberinc.
