Define architecture, design, and implementation of the QA Automation and Performance Testing Framework. Provide leadership in defining the automation methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, best practices for automation processes.
Develop high-quality documentation that is easy-to-understand, easy to use, meets applicable standards, and meets the objectives and goals for the intended audience.
Proactive in providing a satisfactory response to the customer as per the SLA guidelines. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by working closely with them and taking complete ownership of the customer queries.
Work with the Engineering team in executing and designing of the cloud strategy and roadmap. Performance Tuning and automation of systems as required. Ensure that the cloud instance is managed in the most efficient way.
