Proactive in providing a satisfactory response to the customer as per the SLA guidelines. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by working closely with them and taking complete ownership of the customer queries. Analyze and discover the root cause of problems. Provide complete details to the engineering team to ensure quick turnaround in fixing customer issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactive in providing satisfactory response to the customer as per the SLA guidelines
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by working closely with them and taking complete ownership of the customer queries
  • Analyze and discover the root cause of problems. Provide complete details to the engineering team to ensure quick turnaround in fixing customer issues
  • Provide customer feedback to the internal teams ensuring continuous improvement of the product
  • Alert monitoring, troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation of tickets tied to the product support function
  • Create documentation which can be reused in case of similar issues being raised by different customers

Skills Sets & Capabilities

    Technical:

  • Hands-on experience on Linux, Installation of Linux Server, OS hardening Configuration.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization using Docker, Kubernetes is desirable
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL/MariaDB is a must
  • Sound knowledge on network design and architecture including routing, switching and firewall. Troubleshooting network issues
  • Knowledge on Windows Active directory, Users & Permissions / Security troubleshooting
  • Knowledge on different cloud platforms and architecture
  • Knowledge on different security products like Proxy, DLP etc will be added advantage
  • Capable of identifying, determining & evaluating Customer Infrastructure against Product Design
  • Capable of identifying, determining & evaluating Customer Infrastructure against Product Design.

    Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks without direct supervision
  • Should be flexible to support global customers

Past Work Experience:

  • 3-6 Years

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related subject froma reputed college/ University
