Samir Shah

CEO – Aurionpro

Samir is the global CEO of Aurionpro and one of the pioneering members of Aurionpro’s management team. Samir has been a key driver of advancing Aurionpro’s vision of becoming one of the world’s most respected and innovative technology companies. Samir has played a number of key roles in Aurionpro earlier, including establishing the company’s North America operations, driving and integrating a number of strategic acquisitions, launching operational streamlining initiatives and reorganizing the company globally in order to improve reach and sales effectiveness.

Today, Samir leads Cyberinc from its North America headquarters in the Bay Area, CA and spearheads its aggressive expansion plans. A respected expert across the banking and electronic payments industries, he promotes a customer-first philosophy, and fosters a united and collaborative corporate culture. He holds an engineering degree in computer science and an MBA in Finance. Samir has previously served on the boards of PaySimple and PriorityCommerce.

Swapnil Mehta

President

As the President of Cyberinc, Swapnil heads the Identity Management business and is primarily responsible for driving the design and development of IAM products, solution accelerators, and reusable components/IPs, along with identifying deliverable assets that can be leveraged to enhance future client delivery.

Swapnil, a veteran in the field of Identity & Access Management has enormous experience in designing and implementing Access Management solutions for more than 10 years. Being highly recognized by Oracle for his expertise in information security, Swapnil has been awarded the Oracle Deputy CTO and Oracle Executive Advisor titles. Swapnil has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Romi Randhawa

Chief Strategy Officer

Romi serves as Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for all strategic sales and revenue growth initiatives at Cyberinc. He has more than 25 years of high technology management experience and has developed valuable relationships with HP and other OEM’s across a career spent forging strategic partnerships. In his current role, Romi is responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy, including launching products and solutions with various strategic Channel partners, as well as, managing OEM relationships worldwide.

Prior to working at Cyberinc, Romi established HPM Inc., in 1994. The goal was to provide services for mid-market customers in the Commercial and Enterprise space. As the company grew, it incorporated hardware enterprise solutions from various OEM’s. While HPM held a strong footprint in the Bay Area, it also provided service to clients across the United States. Romi served as president of the HP SMB council from 2010 to 2012, providing key information for joint go-to-market strategy in the emerging space. In February of 2014, HPM Networks became a wholly owned subsidiary of CANCOM.

After the successful merger with CANCOM, Romi stayed on as CEO of the newly formed company, focusing on Integral System Integration, while leading the company’s strategy as a key cloud transformation partner for its customers. In September of 2016, Romi left CANCOM to pursue other interests. Prior to establishing HPM, Romi spent four years as a sales executive with MicroAge Computers. He also served four years in the U.S. Marines as a data analyst.

Branden Spikes

Technology Evangelist

Branden Spikes, technology expert had founded Spikes Security (now merged with Aurionpro’s Security division to form Cyberinc) in 2012, with a mission to stop rampant cybercrime and solve the most pressing engineering challenge of our time – information security. Prior to starting the company, Branden spent 20 years designing and building high performance, highly secure IT systems.

He has served as the technology right hand of Elon Musk for over 15 years at Zip2, PayPal, Tesla, and SpaceX, where he helped pioneer, architect, and build some extraordinary technology. Having been mentored by one of the world’s top entrepreneurs, Branden brings experience, perspective, and a unique skill set to his role as Technology Evangelist at Cyberinc.

Bill Gardner

VP – Products

Bill Gardner leads the product management and strategy for Cyberinc products. Bill has been an active member of the information security community since 1980. He has worked in a range of roles within the product teams at security companies such as Bromium, Websense and McAfee, and he also founded and ran a Silicon Valley security reseller for 17 years.

Gardner started his career as a cryptographic systems engineer in the US Air Force Electronic Security Command, and he has a wealth of “hands-on” experience with security products and technologies from a broad range of vendors. Over the years, he has participated in and presented at organizations such as ISSA and ISC², as well as, at events like Black Hat, Infosec Europe and Interop.

Eric Sullivan

VP – Engineering

Eric Sullivan comes with 20 years of engineering leadership experience and a deep background in networking and information security. He has built and scaled engineering teams from early start-ups through established multinationals, leading the adoption of agile methodologies and geo-diverse team management.

In his previous role as the VP of Engineering for Artemis Internet, he assembled the team that designed and shipped a next-generation continuous vulnerability assessment system. As the Senior Engineering Director at Nokia, he built a line of firewall and intrusion prevention appliances that grew to over $200 million in annual sales. His prior experience includes Ipsilon Networks, Network Equipment Technologies, Adaptive Corporation, First Pacific Networks and Digital Communications Associates. Sullivan holds an EECS (Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences) degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Ravi Boppe

VP – Solution Delivery  

Ravi heads delivery of Cyberinc’s Identity Management solutions and is primarily responsible for delivering the products, tools and services related to security strategy, identity governance, access Management, directory services, and API security.

Ravi brings more than 20 years of IT experience into delivering solutions and has been involved with security and identity management solutions for more than 15 years. Ravi has been recognized by Oracle as one of their Deputy CTOs and is very hands-on with technology and designing solutions that ensures Cyberinc’s offerings related to security are the best of the breed. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, and a M.S. and Ph.D from Virginia Tech.

Mike Nelsey

Managing Director – UK

As Managing Director, UK & Europe at Cyberinc, Mike ensures the company trades successfully within its core business, whilst developing existing and new partnerships within the European market.

Prior to joining Cyberinc, Mike gained great experience within the banking industry. He held various management positions within IT, training, operations and lending. This knowledge and experience combined with over 25 years’ experience working across numerous markets and industries, has enabled Mike to develop an excellent portfolio of expertise, which reflects in Cyberinc’s approach and success.

Jarrod Oakley

Managing Director – ANZ

Jarrod comes with a security background and brings a deep understanding of technology and how it relates back to business objectives. He has extensive experience in selling and delivering identity, access and security solutions across the UK, US and APAC regions. Jarrod drives the sales and business development function for Cyberinc in ANZ. He is responsible for establishing and leading the operations of the legal entity; development of a new security services business and delivery of security projects and initiatives.

In his previous role, Jarrod was in-charge of driving the strategic direction of the security services business in Australia, and with help from the broader team he has identified, sold and lead delivery for some of the most innovative security solutions. Jarrod started his career as a Security Engineer with a boutique security firm in Melbourne, Australia and over the past 13 years he has been associated with Salt Group, Sena Systems and Aurionpro. Jarrod has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Monash University, Melbourne.
